Something Wrong?

We aim to make the highest quality products no matter the price, category or customer. All orders placed with us should be perfect. If you think something is wrong with some or all of your order don't worry we can help you out. 

Faults and issues are rare on our orders as we only work with the most experienced suppliers and trusted delivery partners. Sometimes a few units may get damaged during shipping (DOA) or there may be a manufacturing fault. Please check ALL orders for damage and contact Skyscraper right away if any is found. 

We do not accept returns on custom goods unless the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose. We do quality inspections on all orders and make sure that goods are made just how you requested them to be. If you think your product has a fault contact us at [email protected]
