Our returns policy


Something Wrong?

We aim to make the highest quality products no matter the price, category or customer. All orders placed with us should be perfect. If you think something is wrong with some or all of your order don't worry we can help you out.

Faults and issues are rare on our orders as we only work with the most experienced suppliers and trusted delivery partners. Sometimes a few units may get damaged during shipping (DOA) or there may be a manufacturing fault.

When your order arrives please check it for damage, missing units or faults. If any are found please contact Skyscraper right away.

We only offer refunds on faulty or damaged products. We cannot accept returns or cancellations on custom products.

When a large amount of items have a fault we offer to remake and replace or refund for the damaged items. In a case where only a few products are damaged we may only be able to offer a refund.

In some cases where an item is faulty we may ask that the item(s) are returned back to us.

We do quality inspections on all orders and make sure that goods are made just how you requested them to be. If you think your product has a fault contact us at [email protected]
